   That last cartoon reminds me of one I once saw with a pair of caterpillars on a leaf, watching a butterfly flitting overhead, and one caterpillar is saying to the other “You’ll never get me up in one of those things”.

   I raised my two sons alone and whenever I did something odd or embarrassing*, they would both start yelling, “He’s not our real father!”
   *After my wife died we learned not to take life so seriously and often resorted to humor to relieve tense situations.
