   It’s way too early Monday morning here and, after a night of tremulous dreams, I am laughing with delight and abandon!

   OK, puts on baseball reporter’s hat:

   The cartoonists had five at bats in yesterday’s game and hit for two home runs, a pair of triples that drove in three runs and a 2RBI double. Coach Rodda is doing something magical with the lineup and fans can only hope the magic doesn’t go away.
