Need any welding and repairs? I overheard and intercepted a message saying that this guy is legit.

Hales, III is the registered owner of Joe’s Welding and Repair, Any and all interlopers, eaves droppers, hackers, crackers, scammers, absconders, or any other persons and /or entities, interfering in the communications consisting of computer email, telephone, and/or data, and U.S. Postal mail. that are the sole property of Joseph A. Hales, III doing business as Joe’s Welding and Repair, or Joseph A. Hales, III personal communications, telephone, interent, or U.S. Postal mail, that do, or do not have the grace of God will not be tolerated, and met with the appropriate action to curtail your theiving actions. You are duly warned, be advised for your safety.
Not sure what that is all about. I do or do not have the grace of god so I wouldn’t be tolerated doing… something.
I think I’m for/against this. You can join me! Let’s send a strong message to the absconding interlopers of the greater Fort Bragg community. Their shenaniganistic hooliganism shall or shall not be tolerated!

The action I plan to take involves forgetting I ever saw the name “Joseph A. Hales”, since he has no significance whatsoever in my life, and I prefer to use those brain cells remembering something else.

It was really hard to tell. Sadly, it seems like a real threat as someone that can write with that in all sincerity likely has a few screws loose.

I hate to break it to him, but his mail isn’t his mail. It’s the US Postal Service’s mail, and if they feel they have a reason to open your mail, they damn sure will--and can. They do it all the time, every single day. Source: retired US Postal Service employee (me).
I’ve opened so much mail with cause that it’s not funny. Most of the time, we didn’t have time for such a thing. But sometimes we had to. Sometimes it was district/area policy to open certain kinds of mail for assorted reasons. Sometimes it was the customer’s own fault for not using the proper packaging (or otherwise raising warning flags for us, somehow).
But it was always legal for us to do it. Always.
And there isn’t anything ol’ Joes can do about that.

Perhaps some of you people will recognize a public announcement that allows me to bring suit against any interlopers. So far as the offenders search there are 7 Joseph Hales you did not cover, and the one you did was erroneous, slanderous, and liable as a defamation of character in public. I am the registered owner of Joe’s Welding and Repair, and that was a legal announcement made preceding legal recourse in court which is required to be made in a public forum. Never assume is an old cliche’ and so are the narrow-minded simple remarks which can be pursued in court. Y’all have a nice day, you hear? Your real name is parts of yours, and your gay lover’s name in which you own a house together. Justin Martin, and Eric Griffith, so why all the hidden hit and run on me when you are ashamed of yourself, and hiding behind a fake name, and personna. Which since you claim to be a soldier in the US Army, you are both liable by federal criminal statutes for impersonating a ficticious personell. Next time I see at Walmart on Skibo I will make sure you know who I am. I may also let the authorities know about your little scam. Monies you collect are illegal.

I found a theif at my shop, and put him in the hospital for 9 months and they imprisoned me for it, because it was not my house. What would you of done run and cower away?
