How the fuck could you, the icon playing a ‘lectric guitar.

All those motherfuckers who derided him for that at the time – I hope they now know what arseholes they were.

Among the old-timer rock guitar nerds, the Big 3 are Clapton, Hendrix, and Bloomfield. Most people have no idea who Michael Bloomfield is; he spent much of his time making other people sound awesome. Check out his band, The Electric Flag, one of the best bands of all time.

Guitar players know Bloomfield. He’s awesome.

Don’t know what you guys are watching there, but when I click on it says Bloomfield in the banner, but it is without a doubt Mr. Zimmerman playing the ‘lectric.

@5 Mr Cabbage, Mike Bloomfield is playing lead in the shadows off to Mr. Zimmerman’s right. Robert is just strummin’ along.

“Bloomfield is playing lead guitar! Capisce?”

    ok, I get it.

The song is good even if Bloomfield is playing lead…
Imagine how good the song would have been with Dylan solo.

    Begin…
