    By the way – for pasta alla Sorrentina you should try it once with fresh tuna which you’ve either grilled or broiled and then broken apart, rather than canned. It comes out fucking delicious.

    Snack! That was last night’s dinner for me and Hubby (with some sauteed veggies, prosciutto, and bread, that is ;).

    Cheese, glorious cheese! That’s my idea of a fine snack…and I’m a huge fan of your recipes.

    Cooking is so much more satisfying than lab work and you get to eat your (almost always) successful results :)
