I’m trying to figure out this fucking comic I’ve has been thinking of for days, but can’t remember what the fucking thing is. It is a finely drawn post-apocalyptic world-scape, with weird perverted people in strange buildings and street scences. The different characters use a lot of foul language. And yes, it does actually exist as a published comic on paper, not just in my brain.

Transmetropolitan? Not really post-apocalyptic, but dystopian. Spider Jerusalem certainly uses a lot of foul language.

My vote is for Transmet as well; you’ll like it even if it isn’t the one you’re thinking of.

Gone with the Blastwave, perhaps?
Unlikely that you’ve seen that in stores, though.
