Offsides is when a player moves across the line before the snap. Neutral zone infraction is lining up offsides, but no movement. Encroachment is when a player comes across the line before the snap and makes an O-line guy move. The important difference is that encroachment ends the play, but the play can continue in the other two cases.

The referee makes the call on which one of his ballz is itchy. Left nut-offsides. Right ball-encroachment. Both of the boyz-Neutral zone infraction.
