    Ack! Socializing!

I’ll have to get Greta’s help deciding what to wear.

Will it be a mad house celebrity rush? I haven’t been downtown in a while. Will there be parking? I’m excited, but I’m getting a little overwhelmed thinking about it.

I’m attending your talk at the Town Hall and hoping to get to Elephant & Castle, too. Topics I’d love to hear you talk about…

What’s the worst news from the past year on the atheism and evolution fronts? How about the best news?

How can evolutionary thinking inform today’s hot-button topics of race and gender? I’m thinking in particular about Nicholas Wade’s book Troublesome Inheritance and the #YesAllWomen campaign.

People in the US distrust atheists pretty harshly. How do you see that changing (or not) over time? What’s going to change that opinion, if anything?

And of particular professional and creative interest to me, how do we spread evolutionary understanding to preschoolers, the way creationists spread the idea of Adam and Eve?

    See you tonight.

Also, what sense are we to make of “atheist churches” like Sunday Assembly?
