Unless you are under a year or whatever age breastfeeding ends.. then the top half is actually more useful to someone.

It’s funny, but not really true. They’re plenty concerned with the top half too. I think it’s everything above the neck that they could do without.

The correct answer is the half of the body they are interested in is the middle, from below the neck to just above the thighs.

شهادت دادن دو زن در محضر قاضی همانند شهادت دادن یک مرد است. دلیل آن کم بودن زن نیست ، دلیلش این است که چون زن احساساتی تر از مرد است و روحیه اش لطیف تر از مرد می باشد، ممکن است فریب احساساتش را بخورد و باعث شود حقی ناحق شود.
سوال دیگری که مطرح است این است که چرا دیه زن نصف مرد است ؟
جواب این است که مگر ارزش انسانها با پول و ماده مقایسه می شود ؟ دیه به خاطر این در اسلام واجب شده که خسارت اقتصادی ناشی از نقص عضو یا فوت که به خانواده وارد می شود رفع گردد. چون در اسلام تامین مایحتاج زندگی بر عهده مرد است و مرد باید اقتصاد خانواده را تامین کند. در نتیجه اگر مردی از خانواده فوت شود ضرر اقتصادی بیشتری بر آن خانواده وارد می شود.
و گرنه جبران نیازهای عاطفی فقدان مرد یا زنی از خانواده اصلا با پول قابل جبران نیست.
زن در اسلام می تواند کار کند و مختار است که از درآمد حاصل به شوهرش کمک کند یا نکند. ولی مرد باید نیازهای اقتصادی زن را رفع کند.
زن و مرد با هم برابرند ولی مشابه نیستند.
