How blatantly exploitative can a person get?

I mean, seriously. Wouldn’t everyone recognize this as being as obviously manipulative as it is?

Oh, right, these are teabaggers we’re talking about. People who will protest the return of taxes to pre-Bush-cut-levels for people that are ten tax brackets above themselves. despite they themselves benefiting from the tax restructuring. In other words, they weave a new reality about themselves like a cloak to shield them from the truth — that the boot that’s been stepping on their throats for decades belongs to the very party they support wholeheartedly.
