There’s something weird on the internet.

Jodi wakes me up, where I’ve slept about two hours longer than her. “Hey Jason, I made you breakfast!”

More Star Trek eggos. I laugh.

She points to my laptop, says “there’s something weird on the internet for you.” Almost Diamonds is on a tab in Firefox.

Later, my eggos are now cold.

Now if only WordPress’s scheduler hadn’t let me down… But this is one of the coolest things I’ve seen online in… forever!

It’s all right, Dan. Your heart was there, if not your WordPress.

I promised I’d mow the lawn now, so I should go do that. Can’t start this off on the wrong foot. :)

Yes, mucho congratulations! My wife and I actually met online. IRC in the mid- to late 90′s was the place to be.

Next month will be our eleventh wedding anniversary, and we’re very happily married. I can only hope that Jodi and Jason will be every bit as happy together as my wife and I are. Our fondest congratulations and wishes for happiness to the both of you. :)

    Thanks guys!

Don’t worry Dan, you tried, and just agreeing to it in the first place was enough to make you a hero to me too! I’m so happy with the way this all played out, it was perfect :)

Hi! Congratulations to you and Jodi. I am on the board of directors for CONvergence, and I heard through the geek-vine that you’re coming to the convention on your honeymoon. That’s great!
