What Rodney Nelson said. Also: Don’t worry about blogging, or not-blogging. That’s the least of your concerns right now. Take your meds, heal up, cuddle with the kitties, and only after all that is done, come back and tell us about it.

As someone who has had more than my share of major surgery, I have advice. You have been through a trauma. Rest, BUT get up and walk. Short distances, just around the house at first, many times a day. And be sure to stand up straight no matter how much your body wants to curve protectivly around the wound. Trust me. It makes a huge difference in recovery time.
I know Ingrid will take good care of you. We’ll be waiting here when you feel like talking to us again.
