“Old and new atheists alike will find this book invaluable as a road map through the often murky waters of coming out as a nonbeliever. As an out atheist, I was struck by how much I learned about the coming out process and its intricacies. There is no doubt that it has made me a better advocate and voice in the movement. BUY THIS BOOK IT’S AMAZEBANANAS!”

Another nice blurb for Coming Out Atheist: How to Do It, How to Help Each Other, and Why. Thanks, Lauren!
The book is being published on April 16, in all formats — print, ebook, and audiobook. Here’s ordering information for all three formats. Enjoy!
Is it — OMG, A COOKBOOK!!!!

As a stupid foreigner I have always found this genre rather curious. Here in Oz I found those who were religious were usually not really ‘out’ about it to people they didn’t know (a reverse situation if you will)*
I have always been curious as to why, having guaranteed religious freedoms, America became hyper conservative and religious, where as Britain, who did not guarantee religious freedom, did not. Any ideas?
