Alex, I was maybe thinking the reference was Where’s Waldo, but his hair looks brown to me.

Completely disregarding the hair color, your expression and glasses sort of remind me of Mark Motherbaugh circa 1980s.

Also, regardless of color, I just plain like what your hair does.

Damn. Saw the post title and thought you might have that baldness cure I’ve been dreaming of… (:-P

Anyhew, it does look impressive. I’ve never dared to dye anything but black myself. So how are the reactions from fellow offline humans?

I don’t talk to people IRL.

More like they don’t talk back, being struck mute either in horror, with admiration, or by an overloading of crazily oscillating synapses.

Was the alternative of a paper bag with two holes punched in it for the eyes considered?

The woes of being a language student. You study and study and study, you learn 500.000 words and cultivate a damn posh accent and then you notice that people still talk a different language because you don’t get all those references to childhood characters and things everybody who grew up in that culture easily get.
A new world opened for me when I finally found Mother Goose rhymes.

Your hair is…interesting. (He says as he lays out a three piece suit and selects a tie to wear to work tomorrow.)

I’ve learned to make peace with it; it does what it wants.

Eh, mine too, just nothing remotely as cool.
