Okay, I may have to rename the Bryan Fischer Award after Pat Robertson. It will be pretty much impossible to top a video of Robertson telling his followers to beware of “scamsters in religious garb quoting the Bible, I mean run from them.” You can’t make this shit up.

If you want the best example of weapons-grade projection strong enough to win the Bryan Fischer Award, sometimes you just have to go to the original: Bryan Fischer. On his radio show this week he claimed that “secular fundamentalists” are the “American taliban.”

Peter LaBarbera, one of the most virulent and appalling bigots in the country not named Fred Phelps, clearly earned that award in a conversation with equally bigoted nutball Ken Hutcherson:
