Garrow’s Grandiose Delusions

Jim Garrow’s delusions of grandeur and outlandish claims are beginning to make those “most interesting man in the world” commercials seem factually accurate by comparison. Erik Rush published a brief manifesto from Garrow on his website declaring that the “guerrilla war” against Obama is about to begin:

We are seeing ever larger groups of people calling down the Marxist in the White House and his oligarchic machinations. We are reading more and more publications who are calling for Obama’s impeachment and removal. We are sensing the almost panicked utterances of a bevy of hapless “spokesmen” for the ruling elite marched in front of the cameras and interpreting for us the “reality” that they want us to see. We call those lies and spin and obfuscation. What is wonderful is that the majority of the public have caught on and are ticked.

Soon the calls to action will start to be louder, more vocal, and as the elites make more and darker moves to ensure that they have guns and might and power that will put us in our place. Then the moment, the event, the trigger mechanism, the final straw, will shine the light of reality on the nations slide into despotism.

The revolution will start and if the people are prepared the guerrilla war that Obama fears will begin. It is a war that he knows he cannot win. His attempt to wipe out the population has already been thwarted, he now must go to Plan B. The new wrinkle is the missing nukes, the military that are running interference, and the obvious “litmus test” of loyalty that he is demanding that is producing a backlash of realization for the military and “We the People”.

Your days are numbered Bathhouse Barry, “Mene Mene Tekel Upharsin”, the writing on the wall has returned and you Sir “have been weighed in the balance and been found wanting”. May God grant us His favor as we join forces to take down this tyrant and restore Liberty and Freedom to His people.

Remember, this is the guy who claims to be a former CIA agent, to have been the one sent by Reagan to tell Iran he would nuke Mecca if they did not release the hostages (without a shred of evidence that any such thing ever happened) and that Obama tried to nuke the United States a couple months ago and wipe out 300 million people. Seriously, how unhinged would one have to be to believe such a thing? Icke’s lizard people are more believable.

This is probably a horrible thing, but this is the image that came to mind:

Garrow notices some people gathering wood and rope, and asks them what they’re doing. They tell him they’re building a gallows for the tyrants and liars. He cheers them on, even brings them some wood and nails.

Eventually, the gallows is finished, and everyone shakes hands, and then a noose is slipped around his neck. “We thought you knew,” says the hooded man, as he pulls the lever.

How many nukes does he think the US has? Even if the “three heroes” somehow permanently deactivated some of the, what does he think would stop Obama from doing it again? Perhaps he thinks that now he has revealed the nefarious plan, that means Obama can’t do it and blame someone else (though how he could do that when all the tracking in the world would show where the nukes originated is a bit of a mystery). That logic doesn’t seem to apply when someone dies – they are still murdered even though he has previously revealed other assassinations.
Or am I just trying to read sense into something that is totally incoherent?

It’s just the three don’t you know? That was part of “Barry’s” plan to gut our military and all the military cuts he’s been doing.

Cut defense down to nothing, check.
Detonate three warheads and kill three hundred million people … thwarted
    Plan “B”
    ….?
    Profit!!!!!

Are any of them the Congressional Record? Because that would be cool. Unfortunately, Schweikert doesn’t do free meetings with those of us who live in his district — it’s strictly pay-to-play, or I’d be there asking him when he’s going to start the impeachment ball rolling. I know that if he actually got out and met anyone other than his sponsors, he’d get overwhelming demands for him to do it.

Well, that’ll bring out Millions, oops I mean thousands, no wait hundreds, or no hang on a sec tens, well perhaps a couple of people onto the streets to demand – ooh something or rather.
I bet the powers that be are shaking in their boots.

    Marxist oligarch???

As opposed our Ivy League oligarchy. Every President for the past 25 years and all the current Supreme Court Justices attended either Harvard or Yale. But not to worry. If it were a true oligarchy we’d see the concentration of wealth steadily shift in favor of the alumni of those institutions during that same timeframe.

“…the Marxist in the White House and his oligarchic machinations.”

It seems contradictory to me that a Marxist would be involved in “oligarchic machinations”.

e are seeing ever larger groups of people calling down the Marxist in the White House and his oligarchic machinations.

Actually, we are lately seeing more and more GOP and Tea Party candidates losing elections, e.g. Virginia which was a total Democratic victory. And the GOP approval rating hit a record low of 9%, far below the 20% who think the sun orbits the earth.

I’m sure the NSA is keeping an eye on Garrow and Rush. But not much of one. While their plans fall into sedition and treason categories, they aren’t coherent enough to do much.

  11. jnorris says

dingojack at #9, Larry Klayman already held that political rally lawn party.

Just a question, if The Military is really turning on the president, then why does the president have uniformed Marines guarding him in the White House and other soldiers working there too?

  12. raven says

There is a more and more common perception that the Tea Party christofascists are; Seditionists, Treasonists, and most of all America Haters. Garrow and Rush clearly don’t like the USA much.

The clearest evidence was the GOP government shutdown and attempted US Treasury bond default. This was a direct attack on the USA and the default would have done huge damage to us. These guys make Al Qaeda look like amateurs with pea shooters.

    So what is the point?

Well really, it is like trying to understand the mind of snake or slug. But here are the theories FWIW.

    1. The End Times are Real Soon. Of course they have been real soon since jesus predicted them and got it wrong at the dawn of xianity, 2,000 years ago.

Despite frequent predictions ever since, it never happens. Most people don’t think it ever will and it has become a popular joke.

But the fundies do have a way out. While jesus is as powerful as any other imaginary being, humans can cause lots of damage.

    2. Related to this, US xianity is dying, losing 2 million members a year. Yesterday a recent poll on The Digital Cuttlefish showed god belief taking a huge hit in the last few years.

It’s the Samson Syndrome. They are running out of time to make the USA into their 1950′s TV sitcom myth. Nonwhites and nonxians will be over the 50% mark in a few decades. Women already are.

At some point, being an angry, uneducated, old white man with lots of guns is just going to mean, they are angry, uneducated, old white men with lots of guns. A social problem we have to deal with.

  13. cptdoom says

@ raven #16 – and the more Teabaggier the candidate, the bigger the loss. EW Jackson, who proudly let his Christo-freak flag fly, lost by double digits. Cooch, who tried to appear reasonable, lost by several points. Obenshain, who actively ran against the claim he was anti-woman, lost by a few hundred votes. Lesson learned by the Teabaggers? They weren’t conservative enough.

In other news, the new adaptation of the Secret Life of Walter Mitty is due to premiere. Coincidence? I think not.

gshelley: Or am I just trying to read sense into something that is totally incoherent?

It’s not that exactly… it is emotionally coherent.

These folks don’t base their conspiracy “theories” on data, so it never occurs to them that the plots of their imaginary supervillains have to be consistent with reality, nor that various schemes would be found out. Data is simply irrelevant. His internal map of the world, his zeitgeist, is a “Die Hard” movie written and directed by Ed Wood.

  16. says

…to have been the one sent by Reagan to tell Iran he would nuke Mecca if they did not release the hostages…

That is possibly even more zany and absurd than Obama’s planned EMP attack to wipe out all life in America.

Has anyone explained to him that Mecca is not in Iran?

  17. dingojack says

    From FoAW:
“On January 20, 1981, at the moment Reagan completed his 20‑minute inaugural address after being sworn in as President, the 52 American hostages were released by Iran into U.S. custody, having spent 444 days in captivity.”

Yes it was Ray-gun’s threat to bomb a country (that they consider as ‘heretical’), even though they knew it would likely cause a catastrophic retaliation by the Soviet Union on the US, when he was the (not even) Prez that scared the students holding the hostages into submission*
