Corsi Predicts ‘False Flag’ Financial Crisis

Wingnut extraordinaire Jerome Corsi of the Worldnetdaily was back on Alex Jones’ radio show on Monday predicting that President Obama was going to stage a “false flag” financial crisis in order to avoid being impeached by Congress (something that has zero chance of happening, by the way).

Jerome Corsi, a tea party activist and World Net Daily senior staff reporter, predicted Monday that a financial meltdown would be staged to keep President Barack Obama in power.

“Oh, they’ll stage something,” he told Alex Jones during an interview. “There is no doubt they are going to stage something. What’s ready to happen, the next I think false flag or crisis on the horizon is the bursting of the stock bubble. This is another stock market bubble, just like the dot com bubble burst. Then you had the housing market bubble burst. Both manufactured bubbles, both engineered by the private bankers, the central bank.”

He said the bursting of the stock market bubble was “imminent” and could “happen at any time.” The resulting financial crisis will be “used to get more control.”

The financial collapse would be “staged to coincide with ramming this Trans-Pacific and Trans-Atlantic Partnership through Congress,” which will end U.S. sovereignty over economic issues. The financial collapse would further lead to the elimination of the U.S. dollar in favor of an alternative worldwide currency, Corsi said.

So when this doesn’t happen, will Corsi admit that he’s full of shit? Not a chance. He’ll just move on to the next conspiracy, safe in the knowledge that his followers are too allergic to reality to notice. Here’s the video:

Obama, apparently the giant shrimp of politics, is the stupidest supergenius ever.

Look, you obviously don’t know anything about intelligence work. It’s an X-K-Red-27 technique. Obama with the help of the private bankers will cause a fake financial crisis so Obama can pass legislation to limit the power of private bankers. It is so simple.

They do love that false flag meme don’t they.

The House Judiciary committee actually held impeachment hearings a few days ago.

Republicans see one remedy for Obama — impeachment

Dec 3, 2013 – Why, yes, there is, congressman: You can hold hearings that accomplish … On the House Judiciary panel, impeachment has been floated by GOP Reps. … Gohmert and King (default on the debt), Darrell Issa (presidential patronage), … At Tuesday’s hearing, the committee chairman, Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) …

This was more or less ignored by all the media for some reason. Most like because it makes the GOP/Tea Party look like, sediitionists, Treasonists, America Haters, who want to overthrow the US government and seize power. All of which they do resemble.

It probably won’t happen. This hearing was Tea Partier children playing at being adults.

    Yeah, impeachment probably won’t happen.

    1. There isn’t much legal basis. Although that won’t really stop them. They tried to impeach Clinton for having a girl friend.

    2. Impeachment is an indictment. The Senate is the trial, controlled for now by Democrats. They won’t convict.

    3. If they did convict, say hello to President Biden.

    4. What it will do is make the GOP look again, like power mad America Haters. With the government shutdown/ Treasury Bond default attempt, their approval rating hit a record low.

I’d imagine an impeachment attempt that is just a power grab would do it again. Maybe Obama could schedule it for say, October 2014, right before the next elections.

PS: Two of the Tea Partiers have criminal records, Darrell Issa and the Florida guy, Tredeil? If you look at the god babbling family values crowd, they aren’t very nice people even when they aren’t hating the USA.

And who was in charge when this happened? And where was Corsi’s criticism when all this happened?
    Yeah, didn’t think so.

And how about the burst beanie babies bubble?

Investors in the working poor community(1) lost hundreds, sometimes thousands of dollars. There’s no way that their value should have ever stopped rising. Cosri has only begun to dig into this; there’s more dirt here than anyone could think possible. I certainly don’t.

@4-According to the Constitution impeachment requires a 2/3 majority of the Senate to convict, not a simple majority, meaning the Republicans would need 67 votes-22 more than they have now. Even if a Republican wins every seat in the Senate held by a Democrat which comes up in 2014, which by even the most wildly optimistic projections for the GOP they won’t, they STILL won’t have enough votes to remove President Obama from office.

And if there’s a big improvement in the US economy Corsi will claim it’s all fake.
