Stephen Baldwin, the dumbest and least talented of the Baldwin brothers, has been arrested yet again, this time for tax evasion. He faces up to four years in jail. This after being arrested for driving on a suspended license a couple months ago. Clearly he isn’t praying enough.

Ed –
Your “recent posts” doesn’t seem to be updating. It’s stuck at the story of Jim DeMint leaving for heritage…
Maybe the admin can check that, I’m sure it’s just some weird setting, but I thought you should know.

No statement from Baldwin at the link – can’t wait to see if he tries the well-tested “sovereign citizen*” strategy. Maybe he can share a cell with Kent Hovind.
.
* It failed all those tests.

“He says Baldwin was arraigned Thursday on a charge of repeated failure to file tax returns.”
Sounds like he swallowed the tax protestor Kool-Aid and has convinced himself that there’s no law requiring him to file returns. Strange how it happens so frequently to fundamentalists…

You have to be very stupid to end up in jail for tax evasion.
Normally, the IRS just wants the money.
If you negotiate and pay up, at the most you will end up with a civil penalty, a fine.
It costs them a lot more money than they collect to send you to prison. Instead of paying taxes, it costs the state something like $30,000 a year to house you.

I think it’s time to remember this video:

This is Stephen Baldwin we’re talking about.
.
Also, since this apparently concerns NY state taxes, the IRS is not involved. That nixes sharing a cell with Hovind, who is in federal prison.

Restore Joss Whedon is one of the funniest videos I have ever seen – makes F*ing off for a couple hours before a final about which I’m stressed **totally** worth it!!!

Have you seen his mugshot, though? He looked way better than your average arrested celebrity.

I’ve found that fucking o** all semester makes the whole “finals” thing seem trivial.
In defense of Stevie, he is the last of the line and maybe his dad’s little wiggly guys were all tuckered out at that point–but, yeah, he’s so fucking KKKrazztupid that he makes somebody like Kent Hovind seem almost normal.

I found this on SB’s wiki bio:
There is at least 3 degrees of nested stupid right there, each one of which magnifies the last.
