After Pat Robertson came out recently and said, in response to Marco Rubio’s rhetorical tap dancing on the subject of the age of the earth, that the Bible doesn’t require the earth to be only a few thousand years old, you knew Ken Ham was going to get all pissy about it. Sure enough.
Not only do we have to work hard to not let our kids be led astray by the anti-God teaching of the secularists, we have to work hard to not let them be led astray by compromising church leaders like Pat Robertson. This excerpt was posted on Youtube by a group that is a project of People For the American Way. Pat Robertson gives more fodder to the secularists. We don’t need enemies from without the church when we have such destructive teaching within the church.
This is a bit like someone arguing over the proper interpretation of a book on leprechauns, with one side declaring that they leave huge pots of gold at the end of rainbows and the other saying that they only leave a small saucepan full of gold. And then having one side declare the other one to be an enemy within for their obviously wrong interpretation. The fact that there are no leprechauns doesn’t register at all.

Inadvertently hit submit above prior to fixing clerical errors and finishing my conclusion.
I laid out why a military attack is unacceptable. But a nuclear Iran with a U.S. Republican demonstrating its current zealotries and incompetencies is also unacceptable (that’s confusing above since I have a clerical error, sorry).
Therefore we need to be far more aggressive than we are now with sanctions while we should also be very open to using carrots as well.
