Remember Scott DesJarlais, the physician and “pro-family” Tennessee congressman who was caught on tape telling his mistress, who also happened to be his patient, to get an abortion so his wife wouldn’t find out about his affair? Turns out she wasn’t the only patient he had sex with:
On the heels of a sex scandal involving a female patient, another woman has acknowledged having a sexual relationship with physician and U.S. Rep. Scott DesJarlais while she was under his medical care.
The second woman described DesJarlais as “the nicest guy” and said he cooked dinner for her at their first get-together in 2000.
But she also said they smoked marijuana during their relationship and remembered DesJarlais prescribing her pain medication on dates at his home.
“His biggest thing that’s completely unethical is him just picking up women while he’s a doctor,” the woman said in an interview last week. “I mean, seriously, that’s his big no-no. … He’s just a hound.”
And the wife apparently found out about this one too because the woman was listed as a potential witness in the divorce proceedings. The head of the Tennessee Republican Party was quoted as saying, “Thank god he was only having sex with female patients.” Okay, not really. But it’s about reached that point, hasn’t it?

In related news, Arizona’s AG – who is appealing SCOTUS to allow him to take away domestic partnership benefits – crashed into another car and didn’t leave a note because he was with another woman. He got caught because the FBI was shadowing him because of campaign finance violations.

It’s always the same with these freaks. And often they are also so ugly that you wonder why anyone would want to sleep with them.

Sure he had cheated on his wife with multiple patients, smoked pot and misprescribed controlled substances but he is an upstanding member of is committee who has seen the error of his ways. It isn’t like he is an urbanite who should get a mandatory sentence for Possession or proscription fraud.

Somehow a date with a married man at his home where you smoke marijuana and take opiate narcotics like Oxycontin just doesn’t appeal to me.
Then again, I’m not a Tea Party Republican living in Tennessee. Thank Cthulhu.

Did the women’s health insurance cover this? Will ObamaCare cover it? If not, is that why Republicans oppose ObamaCare?

She should be pissed. Not only did DesJarlais get in between her and her doctor, he was her doctor.
I’m pretty sure that qualifies as sodomy in Tennessee.
