Seems to me what we need is a massive campaign of desensitization. When violently sensitive few have repeatedly seen every insult possible to Mohammed/Allah/etcetera it will no longer bother them. Until that point is reached there will likely be a lot of whining and complaining, and some acting out, but we have to remember that is for their own good. Think of it as a vaccination.
