Husband’s family gathered to discuss the problem and decided that they should kill the bride, and the husband should do it. The husband summoned his wife to the family gathering and stabbed her multiple times in front of his father, mother and brother. Then the men loaded her dead body to their car and buried somewhere, while the mother cleaned up the blood in the house.
The news story says that later “The husband felt remorse and he turned himself in to the police” but I highly doubt it. There must be something else going on.
The guy, the brother and the father are under detention now. The mother is at home, still scrubbing!

It’s a hate crime. Terrorism against women.
Well, they probably discussed beforehand how to get off lightly. There have been several cases of Turkish origin families in Germany* where they discuss those matters on a family council and then decide that usually the youngest brother should do it because he’ll get a lighter sentence. Not only do they murder their wives, mothers, cousins and daughters, they also turn their young sons into murderers.
There’s lots of discussion here about forced marriages of German-Turkish girls and women. They either get married back to Turkey, especially if they become “rebellious” or they get married so some cousin can get here because she’s a German citizen.
Thank you government for closing our frontiers. You’re really doing women a great service.
*and AFAIK it’s similar in Turkey
New immigration policy: any woman from a predominately Muslim country can just come here. Visa, Greencard, asylum status is optional. Just get the airfare together and get here.
