Whew – It has been a month for conventions!

First and most exciting: The Secular Women Work Kickstarter was fully funded on the 19th. Congratulations and thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this A Thing That Is Going To Happen! I am ready to work and be inspired. And I guess this means that I get to add one more thing to my 2014 con schedule. Yipee!

Stuff to Do in Minneapolis Tonight

Minnesota Skeptics presents Drinking Skeptically: RSVP at meetup.com and come down to Be’wiched Deli (800 Washington Ave N) tonight at 5pm for casual conversation and excellent food and drink. We’ve got an entire “wing” of the deli for us, and this meetup usually draws about 20-30 people. Let’s talk about whatever skeptical topics might be on your mind. In the past we’ve discussed astrology, psychics, homeopathy, chiropractors, ghost hunters, aliens, conspiracy theory, creationists, snake oil salesmen, magic, critical thinking, science, and the psychologies of belief and perception.
