I designed extra filament current supply capacity into my homebrew guitar amplifier just so that I’ll be able to switch over to tubes with the much cooler glass envelope profile shown in that pic instead of being stuck with the boring rounded-cylinder ones…

THe remaining ear part reminds me of the reddit alien mascot. Something about it hints at that football/Stewie Griffin headshape.
