He will stand up as soon as 51% of the prospective voters in the particular state that is having the next primary or in the state that he is currently in ask him to stand up. But then again he’ll be more than happy to sit down if the 51% want him to. As long as it’s not what Obama is doing, unless of course that is what the voters want him to do.
