Freaking w00t! I can STFU now. Well played, everyone! And congrats to Chris.
Still not over though. As of this writing, there are 31 hours left until the pledge drive ends, and so you still have a chance to get your e-book or hardcover reserved, or even get your name in the book.

Sad that there are no comments and someone as inarticulate as me has to be the first one to say that I’m very happy that this will be going to happen. I just think its its a shame the ‘Hitch’ isn’t with us to contribute. Congrats to Chris and thanks from me personally to everyone that pledged to make this book a reality.

Maybe I’m just stupid or horribly out of touch, but I have no idea what this is all about. Maybe that’s why there’s no other comments.

Well, you can just click the link in the post and read all about Chris’s neato book project. It’ll be a good thing for promoting positive atheism.

This is great news. Now I need to save some shekels so I can snag a copy.

Now we just have to wait a year. Martin, I see that you asked Chris for a more complete list of who will be in the book, looks like he may not have one yet. Who else is in it from the Austin area?
I didn’t see your name on the Kickstarter site, I hope you are a part of it.

Martin IS a part of the project, and he asked Chris to post a full list because he’s an attention whore who wants to see his name in print (pixels?) everywhere possible.

I know Chris is trying to get Penn Jillette, but his agent said Penn wouldn’t give an answer unless the project was fully funded. So perhaps that will change now. He also wants Tim Minchin but has had a hard time getting contact info. I’m mainly curious about Chris’s eight $2500 donors, who will be appearing in the book as part of that donation tier.

I must admit curiosity about whether or not Phil Mason (the “outed” Thunderf00t) will be interviewed.

I feel that you are in error.
If one is interested in conducting such a fraud, a small group of cats doesn’t seem like a great target.

What does? This book? Okay, as long as you’re willing to apologize when it’s released.
