Religion vs Prosperity

It’s easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than the rich to get to heaven.

And partly that’s because there is a correlation between a lack of organised faith and affluence as indicated by Kazi Stastna.

The Data points are there and while there are fluctuations it holds for the most part. Both Switzerland and the USA are affluent countries but have high religious belief too. That however may be due to average affluence rather than median. (Basically? The gap between rich and poor in the USA is massive resulting in the super rich bumping up the average income higher than the majority of earners).

But it’s still a good read.
