Omnipotent, Omnipresent yet requires Bodyguards

I never really understood why any god would require a bodyguard from mere humans.

But apparently Allah does.

Asif Mohiuddin was operated on for more than 3 hours and is still in a critical condition after he was set upon by three of Allah’s bodyguards. The reason? He was one of those “militant atheists” we keep hearing about who reduce the rights of women and gays and who fight wars in the name of Dawkins.

Oh wait… all he did was run a blog.

Apparently Allah cannot fight his own battles. Neither can the tooth fairy to be honest.

Any god that needs the help of humans to defend itself is no god.

Oh yeah? Well I’ve got a challenge for Allah then. I’d like to see him show his face around here this sunday, live in that very ring, mano a deus. I bet his manager Muhammad won’t even show. If he can best me in a pork rib eating contest, then I will finally submit to his religion.

I bet I can drink this Allah god under the table. Single malts or beer, rum or rose, all the same to me.
