Time to Finish.

Time to finish up this shirt which has been awaiting my attention in the cedar chest. It’s tedious, all done in one and two strand, but it will be nice to be able to wear it, so to work! Click for full size. The designs are from Urban Threads.  Serpents are 6″ x 5″, little black heart 2.5″ x 2″. Shirt is Liz Claiborne, bought at Goodwill, natch.

Oh boy -- a UFO (UnFinished Object). :-) It’s going to look great on you! I love the snakes. It’s so great to get those projects done. I need to go work on one myself…

Thanks! Gotta get it done first. Tis the seasons of tight white shirts though, which gives me incentive.

Ohhhhhh wowwww!!! Snake!! OOOO It’s SNAKE!

I can’t imagine doing that. That’s so much precision work it makes my jaw hurt just looking at it.

Oh, that reminds me -- you were right about the Bohins. Lovely needles. :)

Now, if I can just find time to use them… Funnily enough, I just started a new shirt project last night, but for me, “shirt project” means making one from scratch, and this one will be entirely machine sewn.

Wait-wait, you did that by hand? O.o
That will be one fantastically fabulous shirt you will get to wear!

Oh, sewing machines hate me, and the feeling is mutual, I’m impressed! I love to see some of your work one of these days, you could always share here!

Yep. Don’t own a sewing machine, let alone one which can embroider. Like I said, tedious.
