Left SoCal (Imma native) the day they cut down the last orange tree from one of the first groves, for no particular reason. Wasn’t my SoCal anymore. Moved to SLC (not going to explain, long story, family was there), stayed there for around 10 years or so, then got an opportunity to move to nDakota, where I have family, and I do love it here, just not all the time. Moved here about 20 something years ago.
