The rat that’s supposed to be inside that puppetbot seems to be either asleep, not actually there, or, the mildly deranged penguin suggests, a wannabe drummer waiting for the next note to turn up. It looks inert, off, similar to a certain parrot albeit not obviously nailed to its perch…
